Home Care Worker - ACT - Casual

**About the role**:
Our Home Care Workers play a crucial role in ensuring a positive client experience. You’ll provide high quality care, companionship, and emotional support to residents to help support their independence and improve their quality of life by enhancing their psychological, spiritual, social, and physical well-being in our client’s home.
The key responsibilities include personal care, domestic assistance, shopping, transport, social support, respite care and the recording of thorough documentation. 
**To succeed in this role, you will have**:
Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
Minimum 1 Yr. experience working in Home Care/Aged Care/disability industry is highly desirable.
Respectful approach that supports people based on their choices.
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
