**KILCOY BUTCHERY RETAIL MANAGER**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
This opportunity will see you manage and provide a high level of customer service and community engagement in our new retail butcher shop. You will also maintain and develop processes for compliance, business administration and new business development.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have experience within a retail environment. You will also:

- Have previous retail management experience
- Demonstrate a real customer focus
- Have a high level of communication
- LOVE food and be focused on food safety and quality
- Be results driven
