**KILCOY BUTCHER**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
This opportunity will see you provide various cuts of meat, as required, covering our range of beef, lamb, pork, and poultry cuts. You will also use your customer service skills to provide an exceptional customer experience by sharing your knowledge of meat preparation, cooking time and innovative food ideas with our customers.

**ABOUT YOU**
You will have experience within a retail butcher environment. You will also:

- Be a qualified butcher
- Have demonstrated experience within a customer service environment
- Have a high level of communication
- LOVE food and be focused on food safety and quality
- Be outputs driven
