**The Role**

As a **Reception Team Lead**, you will manage our national team of 8 reception superstars while also providing all our customers, callers and visitors to our Head Office in Port Melbourne a great experience.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Managing a national team of 8 Corporate Receptionists
- Answering all incoming calls and directing calls to the appropriate staff members
- Meeting and greeting all visitors and ensuring they complete all required security steps before entering the site
- Assisting our People & Culture team with various administrative tasks and events

**You Will Have**:

- Previous experience working as a Team Lead, ideally within a corporate environment or customer facing background
- A warm, positive, ‘can-do’ approach
- Intermediate computer skills, with experienced in Outlook and Microsoft Teams highly regarded
- Exceptional customer service skills and customer focus
