Corporate General Manager Required

The business produces a range of decadent biscuits, sweets, cakes, and confectionery. With a long history in the industry, we are high quality, high performance organisation further expanding our presence and portfolio in the Australian market.

We require a General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the entire organisation, provide high level strategic vision, and drive staff and the business towards targets.

This full-time role is based in Windsor NSW with a salary of $180,000 to $200,000 plus superannuation. You should hold tertiary qualifications or at least 5 years of high-level strategic management experience. The role is open to both Australian Residents and overseas professionals.

Your key duties will involve the following:

- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Overseeing and directing the daily operations of the organisation and ensuring efficient and effective functioning of all departments.
- Collaborating with department heads / senior staff to develop and implement company-wide strategies and goals.
- Coordinating and preparing budgets and other managerial financial information and report to the Company.
- Providing direction and objectives, supervising, and managing departmental heads / senior staff, including hiring, and evaluating performance.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Monitoring and analysing market trends and making recommendations for improvements and adjustments to business strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and managing risk and liability.
- Representing the company in negotiations, public relations, and other external communications.

**Salary**: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
