Are you a passionate and experienced Front of House (FOH) all rounder/ waitstaff looking for an exciting opportunity in the food and beverage industry? Look no further Avocado Brighton is currently hiring dedicated FOH all rounder / waitstaff to join our team at our bustling cafe.

Immediate start available/ Full-time positions available

Flexible shifts as the cafe opens from 7am to 11:30pm.

Location Shop 3 & 4, 370 Bay Street, Brighton-Le-Sands, 2216, NSW

Qualifications & experience:

- **Minimum 2 years Prior experience as FOH Waitstaff in a cafe or restaurant setting within Australia**
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanour
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Weekends availability a must

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring Optimal Customer Experience through Feedback Acquisition
- Proficiently Addressing Challenges through Creative Problem-Solving
- Ability to follow the staff in-charge and Open Communication with Team Members
- Cultivation of a Positive and Supportive Work Environment
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly and with attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $50,356.76 - $78,395.30 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
