Immediate start available/ Full-time positions available
Flexible shifts as the cafe opens from 7am to 11:30pm.
Location Shop 3 & 4, 370 Bay Street, Brighton-Le-Sands, 2216, NSW
Qualifications & experience:
- **Minimum 2 years Prior experience as FOH Waitstaff in a cafe or restaurant setting within Australia**
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanour
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Weekends availability a must
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring Optimal Customer Experience through Feedback Acquisition
- Proficiently Addressing Challenges through Creative Problem-Solving
- Ability to follow the staff in-charge and Open Communication with Team Members
- Cultivation of a Positive and Supportive Work Environment
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
