Loughlin is a thriving Business that has seen rapid growth in past few years, having expanded to bigger premises, we are now looking for more hands to join our team in the business of boutique crafted furniture.

**About the role**

We are looking for diligent and eager employees to join our highly motivated and unique team of Cabinetmakers and Tradesman. We need workers to assist and contribute to the smooth operation of our busy factory Warehouse.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities will include**
- Cabinet assembly and fit off
- Work alongside other team members to complete jobs to a high standard
- Work in a neat and tidy manner in keeping with the factory operations, standards, safety and organisation
- Diligently keep up with, note and report stock and inventory of materials in order to complete duties and responsibilities
- Have strong time management skills to complete all tasks and responsibilities by the end of each week

- You will have a fantastic attitude, professional presentation and excellent work ethic.
- Have a sense of urgency and be able to prioritise.
- Have strong attention to detail with a commitment to excellence and quality
- Be reliable and hard working.
- Have an ability to work to time frames and complete tasks independently.

- Open to learning new skills in all areas of the business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week
