**The Centre**
This is an exceptional centre in the Eastern Suburbs that has three sister centre in Sydney that have achieved an exceeding rating. The centre director believes what makes a centre is the staff and therefore there is an excellent team culture where educators are made to feel part of the team. The conveniently located Centre is on a main road, close to public transport links. The Centre boasts some beautiful resources, plenty of space and lots of natural light. There is a large focus on the whole journey the child makes rather than the product. The Centre has a real family feel and works closely with parents.

**The Opportunity**
You'll be working as a room leader in the Pre school room. You'll also work under the guidance of an incredibly passionate and friendly bachelor qualified director who actively promotes regular professional development. You'll enjoy the regular excursions, be rewarded with an excellent salary package including a monthly RDO and have career progression opportunities available to you.

**The Ideal Teacher**
- Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (Or ACECQA assessed equivalent) or Diploma
- Current First aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Working with children clearance
