**Position**:

We are currently seeking a **Dior Experience Expert**to join our team, bringing the magic of Dior directly to our clients through immersive beauty events and tailored experiences.

**The Opportunity**

As a Dior Experience Expert, you will act as a true brand ambassador, leading key events including Pop Up Activations and Masterclasses while delivering bespoke, ultra-premium service. With a strong focus on storytelling, expert product demonstration, and client engagement, you will create memorable journeys that reflect the world of Dior. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on stage, builds lasting client relationships, and embodies the Dior attitude with authenticity and passion.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Lead and host retail events, creating seamless, memorable experiences aligned with Dior brand standards.
- Deliver personalized product recommendations through one-on-one consultations or small group demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with platinum and high-value clients.
- Collaborate with store teams to identify key clients for event invitations and ensure strong event follow-up.
- Take a leading role on-counter between events, driving brand animation through services and immersive storytelling to inspire clients and elevate the Dior experience
- Balance your time between events, field work, and admin/reporting (approx. 70/20/10 split).

**Profile**:

- 3-5 years’ experience as a luxury Skincare/Fragrance Expert or Make-up Artist, with a deep understanding of the brand.
- A proven track record in driving exceptional retail results.
- High energy, confidence in public speaking, and a passion for engaging diverse audiences.
- Consistently uphold immaculate grooming standards in line with Christian Dior’s world-renowned luxury image.
- Ability to connect with clients in a warm, approachable and professional manner.
- Flexibility to travel for events and work across locations as needed.
- A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, fashion and luxury.

- Christian Dior described himself as a fashion and perfume designer. The House of Dior, founded in 1946, changed the face of ladies’ style forever when its New Look was unveiled in the halls of 30 Avenue Montaigne on February 12, 1947. The revolutionary look was accompanied by a fragrance, Miss Dior, the finishing touch designed to “leave a trail of desire in a woman’s wake”. This timeless perfume was the first fragrance created by a visionary brand which invented the concept of global beauty with its Rouge Dior and subsequent cosmetic lines.
