**The Division and Team**
The Regional and Outer Metropolitan (ROM) division is focused on understanding the particular needs of regional communities across NSW and delivering customer-centred integrated transport services and infrastructure.
**The Opportunity**
We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity for a Reporting Manager to join the Performance and Innovation Team in ROM. The Reporting Manager is responsible for monitoring, analysing and reporting on project, program and branch finance. The role manages the delivery of detailed information, reports and analysis on the financial performance of the branch portfolio to support financial management, decision making and optimising financial capabilities and efficiency. This position will also have supervisory responsibilities, managing 2 other staff.
Key accountabilities of the role include:
- Monitoring and Assessing Project Costing Framework
- Develop, implement and improve financial reporting processes, including leading of budgeting, forecasting and savings initiatives to drive business performance
- Report on financial performance and interpret report outputs
- Engage across the branch and with other key stakeholders across the division to build capability and understanding in financial management.
- Develop and implement business systems and processes
- Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual performance reporting
- Undertake and produce consolidated analysis of data and information
- Demonstrate the Five Ways of Leading behaviours to deliver organisational outcomes for our customers, our people and communities for the greater good.

**About you**
You are a proactive with proven experience in project and stakeholder management and demonstrated experience in analysing large volumes financial and operational data to provide insights that support decision
- making. You will have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated relevant, equivalent professional experience and professional membership with either the CPA Australia (CPA), the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA) or an equivalent. You have experience working in a complex environment with proven ability to manage competing demands to deliver quality outputs in a timely manner. Experience using SAP or other ERP system are highly desirable
**Salary and Benefits**
