**Talent International** is currently recruiting for a
**Reporting Officer **to work for a
** NSW Government **based in
**Parramatta (WFH mostly). **The position is a
**9**
**-month contract role with the possibility of being extended** and are paying between
**$500 - $700 per day plus Super.**

8 hours per day / 40 hours per week

**Key accountabilities**
- Demonstrate the client’s Connected Leadership dimensions by role modelling collegiate and collaborative behaviours to achieve the greater good for the community, celebrate our diverse workforce, create an environment where people can create and thrive, and support our people’s wellbeing
- Provide specialist support and analysis regarding program, project, business plan and financial reporting.
- Work across the Branch to build capability, consistency, and quality of reporting. Implement consistent standard of practice and produce accurate, high-quality data and reporting, to track performance and identify and flag potential and current trends, risks, and issues.
- Implement methodologies, systems, processes, and reporting frameworks to review and evaluate Branch performance.
- Track the Branch Business Plan against agreed targets to support critical decision making across the programs.
- Review program status and performance reports with the relevant stakeholders to ensure that objectives are being met.
- Provide reporting support by liaising with the Branch/Unit Managers to ensure the efficient, effective, accurate and timely reporting of Branch performance and objectives.

**Essential Requirements**
- Experience in performance and project/program reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to generate financial reports, including the ability to critically assess and examine the information and present information logically and coherently.
