**The Role**

As a Data Delivery Lead you have the overall responsibility for structuring, enhancing and managing the Delivery Squad. You will drive innovation and continuous improvement to the way the Data hub operates including implementing automation and better tools, processes & tchnology.

**Some of your duties include**:

- Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliverables.
- Work with the business to determine business values and ensure the solution meets business expectations.
- Provide pragmatic Data experience advice to ensure project delivery.
- Deliver initiatives using the appropriate Data delivery methodology (i.e. Waterfall, Agile Delivery and/or CI)
- Improve the data delivery approach and data processes through learning and testing.
- Ensure technical solutions are developed using the principles of industry best practices, architecture and design standards and align with CDR&A strategy and business resource realities.
- Ensure all people leadership tasks are complete providing coaching, mentoring, and promoting a culture of growth and accountability.

**About you**
- Experienced managing a small team
- Experienced in a similar role in at an enterprise scale.
- Firm understanding of Data Delivery approaches and data practice procedures.
- Exemplary communication skills with the ability to influence and guide others in both written and verbal format.
- Ability to work with a range of different stakeholders.
- Technically minded with a solid understanding of tech delivery and IT principles.
