We are seeking a **Meetings & Events Executive** to join our team.

- Coordinating guest Events from start to finish
- Selling our Meeting & Events venue
- Developing and maintaining existing and new client relationships
- Effectively communicating Event details and feedback across relevant hotel departments to ensure successful deliver
- Co-ordination of site inspection activity including follow-up
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with driving and championing the team to exceed the Hotel’s conference vision and targets

**Ideally you will have**:

- A strong passion for events and sales
- Experience with Opera Sales and Catering
- Previous experience in a Meeting & Events role within a 4 or 5-star Hotel
- Experience managing customer relationships
- Exceptional communication skills and excellent time management
