**This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to step into our Business Unit Lead - Therapy Services role and create a positive workplace culture, whilst being responsible for managing the delivery of the daily operational management for our Therapy Services business unit.**

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Business Operations Manager - Clinical Services, you will exercise managerial responsibility for the operational running of the Therapy Services business unit including management of staff within a multi-disciplinary team to successfully implement and deliver programs in alignment with program values, quality standards and organisational policy.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant business degree qualification and extensive relevant experience; or
- an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any combination of education, training and/or experience
- Extensive experience working and in-depth understanding of the disability sector
- Strong working knowledge of the NDIS and Quality and Safeguards Framework
- Experience in leading and managing teams
- Experience in leading projects and achieving deliverables within designated timeframes
- Experienced change manager dedicated to fostering positive team culture
- Satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening, DHS Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
- Full COVID-19 vaccinations (including booster)
