**The opportunity**
**Responsibilities**:
In supporting the E7-A program, you will be required to:
Engage with internal stakeholders
- ; Maintain currency of existing subcontracts including negotiating and implementing complex subcontract variation
- s Manage existing subcontracts and promote subcontractor collaboration to ensure on time performance and compliance
- ; Develop practical and efficient solutions to complex procurement and subcontracts issues
- ; Identify and develop appropriate sourcing strategies and approaches to market for goods and services, including software, and engineering services
- ; Prepare, negotiate and execute contract documentation in accordance with delegations of authority
- ; Manage subcontractor invoicing compliance and reportin
- g Participate in risk identification and mitigation planning; an
- d Ensure compliance with supply chain management corporate governance policies and procedures

**Experience/Qualifications**
The right applicant will have a combination of the following competencies:
Three (3) to five (5) years' work experience in contracts management or procurement
- ; Relevant Bachelor's degree in law, business or commerce (desirable)
- ; Effective written and verbal communications skills
- ; Good working knowledge of the responsibilities and tasks performed across contracting and procurement and their interdependencies with other departments and disciplines (for example, engineering, logistics, finance); an
