**Your new company**
A longstanding builder with an excellent reputation throughout the industry. This company are renowned for delivering luxury, high end projects with a quality finish and as such, require an experienced Finishes Foreman to join the team.

**Your new role**
This position will see you take charge of finishes and relevant trades through to handover. You will manage a team of trades people and coordinate relevant activities with subcontractors. You will understand the importance of exceptional OH&S standards and QA and ensure they are fully implemented.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Prior experience and expertise in managing multi-level project finishes
- In depth knowledge and understanding of all Finishing trades
- High level organisational skills and ability to plan and prepare the site to move according to programme
- Proactive approach to managing safety and quality
- Stable working history with Tier 1/Tier 2/Tier 3 Commercial builders
