Site Foreman

ATG Projects is a Construction, Fit-out, Refurbishment, and Modular company with a strong presence in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne & Seymour. We are committed to Building Success in everything we do. To further support our growth and performance, we are seeking an experienced New Build Industrial Site Foreman to join our team for projects in Gympie / Wide Bay Burnett region, with a steady pipeline of projects over the next 2+ years. This is a permanent, full-time position with an immediate start.

The Role

You will demonstrate the ability to supervise construction activities, ensure compliance with site requirements for execution of works and mobilise subcontractors and ATG personnel in a safe and timely manner. New build / large format retail experience is preferred.

Your Skills & Experience

• Trade qualified or relevant industry qualification or experience
• 3+ years' experience in a similar role
• Experience in commercial new build and/or large format retail preferred
• White Card
• QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's License preferred
• Must have current and valid First Aid & CPR Certificates
• High attention to detail and very meticulous quality expectation
• Manage site to proactively uphold safety and environmental requirements
• Understanding and ability to achieve expected quality-based outcomes
• Ability to build rapport with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Local network of subcontractors highly regarded
• Must be able to work within a team and autonomously
• Ability to motivate and drive contractors to timely delivery
• Solutions-based attitude
• Experience using Procore and Hammertech an advantage
