**Role description**

The Grade 2 Exercise Physiologist position is responsible for delivering high quality person-centred Exercise Physiology interventions at Dhelkaya Health. This will involve home, hospital or centre based service delivery and client education.

This role will work primarily in the Ambulatory Care team at Castlemaine. The Ambulatory Care department provides a range of high-quality multidisciplinary allied health and nursing services including Musculoskeletal, Neurological, Pain Management Falls and Balance, Continence Clinic, Hand and Forearm Clinic and more. The Ambulatory Care team also provide allied health services in our Residential Aged Care Facilities. This role is expected to work across a range of clinical areas, including, but not limited to, the above.

This role will also assist in the development and integration of our Exercise Physiology Services. The role includes organisation, implementation and supervision of programs at Dhelkaya Health with clients who have acute, sub
- acute, chronic and complex conditions.

This role works in close collaboration with a range of health professionals and other community-based service providers to deliver the best outcomes for the client, their family and carers. The Grade 2 Exercise Physiologist also provides supervision to Grade 1 Exercise Physiologists, AHAs and students as required.

**About you**
- Recognised tertiary degree in Exercise Physiology (or equivalent)
- Full member of Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA)
- 3 + years of experience as Exercise Physiologist and recent experience in working with older adults with chronic conditions or in a rehabilitation setting
- Current Victoria Drivers Licence
