**Belgravia Leisure** are proud to be the management company for **Summit Aquatic & Leisure.**As part of our **Partners in Health** strategy, we’re seeking a passionate and skilled **Accredited Exercise Physiologist** to join our growing allied health team.About the role
This is more than just a clinical role — it’s an opportunity to be part of a national movement that integrates allied health into leisure settings, making care more accessible, empowering, and community-driven.

You’ll be working in a **fully equipped health hub facility**, including:

- A **modern fully equipped gym** with functional training zones and cardio/strength equipment
- A **dedicated hydrotherapy pool** for low-impact rehabilitation and recovery
- Access to **group spaces** and community engagement programs

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering **outcome-driven, compassionate care**. You’ll work with a diverse caseload including clients funded through **NDIS, WorkCover, TAC, DVA**, and private referrals, with the flexibility to grow your hours up to full-time.

**What you'll be doing**
- Deliver tailored exercise interventions to support injury recovery, chronic disease management, and overall wellbeing.
- Collaborate with GPs, specialists, and other allied health professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Facilitate group-based rehabilitation and health education sessions.
- Promote the role of Exercise Physiology within the centre and the wider community.
- Contribute to the growth of our **Partners in Health** program, helping shape the future of community health.
