About the Role
- Assist in the preparation of high-quality documents and records, collation of information for preparation for meetings and briefing notes, enquiry screening and electronic diary management.
- Assist in the provision of a high-level advisory service to line managers and staff across a range of Human Resources functions.
- Participate in the case management and investigation of grievance and discipline management, industrial relations, industrial matters and disputes and performance issues.
- Assist with the investigation of incidents or allegations as directed and provide reports and recommendations.
