**How will I help?**

Due to growth in transformation initiatives across Westpac Group, we are growing our 2nd Line of Defence to strengthen our risk defence leadership over this period of exciting change. Multiple roles available for risk professionals to provide oversight of a range of transformational projects within the Business and Wealth Division..

As an Executive Manager in the Business and Wealth Risk team, you will play a key role in the provision of insight, oversight, and challenge of risk management of key change initiatives, including UNITE, a multi-billion technology simplification program for the Bank. Your key responsibilities will include:

- To challenge and oversight UNITE project initiatives, to ensure that both delivery and delivered risks are adequately managed by the project teams
- To provide insights and advices in solution design and change execution
- To produce and present senior management reporting to project forums, risk committees and program Steering Committees
- To provide Line 2 review and challenge of key project artifacts including Business Cases, Risk and Control Matrix and so on
- To provide the business with insights into emerging risks arising from potential changes in business strategy, thematic reviews of internal events, key external learnings, or changes in inherent risk environment.
- To drive and support innovative risk management solutions which are simpler and better as a foundation for competitive advantage, as well as being aligned and integrated across business units.
