With a clear focus on operational excellence, technology adoption, and cultural evolution, they are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Transformation to drive cross-functional initiatives and lead change in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Description
The Senior Director, Transformation plays a critical leadership role in shaping and executing enterprise-wide transformation in close partnership with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Acting as a strategic advisor and execution lead, this role ensures initiatives are aligned both vertically (with corporate strategy and financial objectives) and horizontally (across business units and functions), delivering sustained impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of the Transformation Roadmap; ensure alignment with enterprise priorities across finance, operations, and technology; track value realisation across key business metrics; drive transformation governance and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-business transformation efforts; prioritise initiatives based on impact and feasibility; maintain enterprise-wide visibility; resolve conflicts and dependencies to enable execution at scale
  • Champion a unified transformation culture; prepare and coach senior leaders to lead change effectively; drive communication and engagement to support long-term adoption.
  • Support the development of transformation scorecards across financial, operational, customer, and employee metrics; work closely with Finance and initiative leads to ensure benefits tracking, risk management, and strategic alignment.
  • Embed agile governance and continuous improvement practices; mentor transformation talent and support the development of a high-performing transformation community.

Profile:

  • Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution discipline, with deep expertise in transformation governance, performance tracking, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated success influencing executive leadership, building cross-functional alignment, and navigating ambiguity to drive outcomes.
  • Experience working across Finance, Technology, Operations, and HR to integrate strategic objectives with operational delivery.
  • A people-centric leadership style, with high EQ, sound judgment, and strong communication skills to inspire change and foster accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Technology, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Certifications in transformation, program management, or change management (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Prosci) are advantageous.
  • Telecommunications, technology, infrastructure, or customer-centric industry experience highly desirable.
