**ROLE PURPOSE**

The Digital Activation Executive is to ensure that clients’ investment delivers against their business objectives whilst also building strong relationships with them. They are also responsible for supporting, coaching and training the Coordinators and Executives in the team ensuring their outputs meet expectations.

The role will work closely with their Managers and Directors to ensure best in class** Paid Search and Paid Social **solutions are delivered to clients.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Campaign Implementation**
- Full ownership of day-to-day workflow on the client. Engaging Manager/Directors when required, ensuring no basic errors and strong performance. This includes:

- Reviewing and answering to client briefs. Ensuring smooth implementation and delivery of Google and Facebook campaigns.
- Full accountability for the accuracy of implementation within your team, and ensuring campaigns deliver against client KPIs.
- Full accountability for the accuracy of reporting, with the development of clear insights, ensuring the client has a clear knowledge of the impact of their investment on their business.

**Client**
- Works autonomously to meet client objectives & deliverables.
- Full accountability for ensuring we are in the best possible position to hit designated client’s business KPIs.
- Focused on building strong professional relationship with the client. Ownership of the client's roadmaps.

**Team & Communication**
- Excellent communication skills with close monitoring & escalation of issues in a ti
