We have a newly created opportunity in our marine team for a **Marine Crewing Coordinator**. You will coordinate all rostering and travel requirements for our marine team ensuring that all operational needs are met efficiently and in compliance with relevant legislation and enterprise agreements.

- You are highly organised and planned with excellent administration skills.
- You can communicate effectively and able to build rapport with the crew.
- You can remain effective and systematic working through changing circumstances, more challenging requests and identifying urgent crew relief replacements.
- You are driven to deliver results and take accountability for all assigned work
- You are resilient and enjoy working within a small team environment.
- You are savvy with systems and you continuously search for the best solution
