This important senior role would suit a high-calibre individual with excellent people skills and a pragmatic "can-do" approach. **Key responsibilities for this stimulating and rewarding position include**: - Managing the marketing operations of the group and leading the marketing team to deliver on set goals and KPI’s - Developing the annual marketing program, including the promotional calendar - Creating and coordinating media campaigns in consultation with the management team and reporting on their effectiveness - Maintaining productive relationships with our graphic, digital, social, PR and media agencies - Coordinating regular market research and identifying areas of opportunity - Monitoring and assessing contract performance - Ensuring that all marketing material and publications are in line with company guidelines and continually improved to drive consumer engagement - Preparing documents for company tenders, external newsletters and internal communications - Developing and managing the marketing budget - Coordinating the opening and closing of new display homes, including photoshoots - Providing timely reports to management to assist in effective decision making The person we are seeking is a bright, energetic self-starter capable of working with mínimal supervision. You must demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly and professionally to new and evolving situations while showcasing your initiative, prioritisation, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.
