We are looking for a passionate and results driven Marketing Coordinator to join our highly regarded team in a fast paced and stimulating environment.

**Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include: -**
- Monitoring and adapting the strategic marketing plan to achieve the required sales and marketing KPI’s
- Evaluating the success of short and long-term marketing campaigns including market research, advertising, and public relations
- Having a creative and innovative flair and adding value to promotional campaigns to achieve greater results for all stakeholders
- Ensuring marketing activities are successfully implemented, integrated, and delivered in line with deadlines
- Delivering on weekly, monthly, and annual KPIs
- Providing reports and responding to information requests from management
- Monitoring and assessing the performance of external contractors
- Assisting the sales team with management of POS, merchandise, and promotional stock
- Assisting with general marketing tasks and events
- Various administration tasks

The person we are seeking is a bright, energetic self-starter with the ability to work under mínimal supervision. You must have the ability to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations. You will also have demonstrated skills in taking the initiative, prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment.

**Along with being reliable, loyal, and trustworthy, it is essential that you have the following attributes**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, with a minimum of three years experience in a fast-paced environment
- A track record of success
- Intermediate knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proven ability to achieve objectives and demonstrate actual results
- Focused, driven and motivated
- A positive energy with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Problem solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
