We are seeking a **Brand Strategist** to lead the creation and execution of brand strategies that set us apart, speak to our audience, and drive real business results. You will be an “A” player, who brings a pragmatic, can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

**About the role**:
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager and the broader marketing team to bring our brands to life across multiple sectors. As part of a fast-paced, creative, and multifaceted organisation, you’ll play a key role in shaping compelling brand narratives and building impactful identities that drive growth and deepen customer engagement.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Develop and refine brand positioning, messaging, and identity
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align brand direction with campaign goals
- Lead brand research and competitive analysis to uncover insights and opportunities
- Create strategic briefs and guide creative development for campaigns and content
- Partner with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Monitor brand metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Support product launches and marketing initiatives with compelling brand narratives
- Present brand strategies to stakeholders with confidence and clarity

As a motivated and driven self-starter, you will have the ability to work with mínimal supervision while learning, adapting and thriving in professional, a fast-paced, and demanding environment.
- Experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or related roles
- Strong understanding of branding principles, market segmentation, and consumer behaviour
- Multi-brand experience is preferred but not essential
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude
- Professional presentation
- Focused, driven and motivated
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills
- A high level of motivation and ability to think outside of the square
