**Your Role will include:

- **
- Taking your pre-qualified applicants through the consultative sales process and winning their business.
- Qualifying applicants correctly and effectively to get only the right clients on board.
- Educating clients so that they truly understand the value proposition.
- Calling several warm inbound prospects daily.
- **Meeting proven KPIs of closing 10 new clients from qualified leads per month.**:

- Updating your pipeline CRM daily.
- Coordinating closely with your sales assistant to leverage results.
- Participating in ongoing training, self-development and education - you seek to grow all the time
- Contributing actively to the team and Company with your creative ideas and inputs in the quest for ongoing improvement.

Your role is to qualify these applicants for financial suitability for investment whilst taking them through the stellar consultative sales process, identifying their true needs and circumstances, then onboarding those who are a match for the service.

**There is an exceptional commission per new client onboarded with no cap,** which you will start earning in month 1.

You will join a high level and dynamic group of A Players who work closely and collaboratively together. Culture is of the greatest importance to them and your positive energy, your results-focused joyful fun approach is a must. Only the best will be invited to join the team.
