E-commerce Coordinator Wanted

Mobile Mart is a leading retailer in the mobile and tech accessories space, offering the latest in mobile technology and accessories. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced E-commerce Coordinator to lead our online strategy, marketing efforts, and brand development.

**Position Overview**:
As the E-commerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for more than just overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online store. You will play a critical role in shaping and executing Mobile Mart’s digital marketing strategies, enhancing our brand identity, and driving online sales growth. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless customer experience, increasing brand awareness, and boosting digital performance through innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales, improve customer acquisition, and maximize revenue.
- Build and grow the Mobile Mart brand through innovative online and offline marketing initiatives.
- Optimise the website to improve user experience, conversion rates, and search engine optimisation.
- Analyse website traffic, sales data, and customer behaviours to inform future strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, technicians, and customer support) to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns and projects.
- Manage product launches, promotional activities, and special events to drive engagement and sales.
- Create content for the website, products, and digital assets, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain Mobile Mart’s competitive edge.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, related field or equivalent qualifications.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (ideally Magento 2) and digital marketing tools (EDMs, Analytics, Social Media ads etc).
- Proven experience in developing and managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for building and growing brands in the digital space.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Experience in the mobile or consumer technology industry is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
