Healthdirect Australia is a government-owned, not-for-profit organisation who works with purpose and dedication to help Australians actively manage and improve their health.
Our virtual services are easily accessible via multiple channels, including helplines, video call solutions, apps and websites and cater for Australians at all stages of life, ranging from practical and emotional support during pregnancy through to advice about aged care and helping Australians through the COVID-19 pandemic.
**About the opportunity**
Reporting to the Clinical Quality and Audit Lead, this role will be responsible for undertaking call audits and other quality improvement tasks that contribute to the safe, efficient, and effective operation of Healthdirect’s telehealth and digital services. The role will contribute to the development of quality, systems, processes reporting and governance activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing call review quality monitoring
- Contributing to targeted audits as directed
- Creating recommended actions
- Attending calibration meetings
- Identifying, evaluating, and analysing risks inherent to operations of the services.
- Support Clinical Quality Audit lead to: provide analysis of the outsourced Service Provider performance; drive partners to deliver quality, effective and efficient operations.
- Ensures consistent and timely information to stakeholders.
**What we’re looking for**
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse
- Experience in telehealth, with a strong focus on excellent customer service and optimal patient outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience with continuous quality improvement processes and implementation in health and/or contact centres.
- Demonstrated experience embedding quality processes.
