**How will I help?**

As the Executive Manager, Prudential Advisory you will support the implementation of the Prudential Management Policy on behalf of the Head of Prudential Standards as well as oversee and improve the process for and the completion of compliance assessments where there is a prudential impact.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Supporting the Head of Prudential Standards and Group Head, Risk Frameworks, Risk Culture & ESG Risk to execute on the overall Prudential Governance agenda through collaboration, cross functional and Divisional engagement.
- Promoting general awareness of prudential requirements across the Group through the facilitation of training to ensure key roles under each Prudential Standard and Return are trained and competent.
- Leveraging technical knowledge and expertise across the Westpac Group and utilizing external networks to identify solutions.
- Supporting the Head of in driving a high-performance team environment, including providing coaching to other team members as appropriate, contributing to Board and executive management Prudential reporting, delivering Prudential training and communications.
- Managing the contributions of other team members to prudential governance, and regularly consulting with and reporting to the Head of in respect of the progress of key activities.
- Providing advice and training to support the team in the delivery of high quality and risk appropriate risk documents and papers for Board, Board Committees and Management Committees.
