Scheduler and Client Coordinator

As Scheduler and Client Co-Ordinator, you will be a key communicator between our clients and staff. Your role will be to provide a high level of customer service both over the phone and face-to-face.

Key duties
- Co-ordinate day-to-day rostering for NDIS and Aged care participants with varied shift requirements
- Escalate any shifts unable to be filled or services issues as per procedures
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Plan and schedule group activities.
- Foster positive relationships between participants and the company

Experience, knowledge, skills, and checks
- Knowledge of the NDIS is beneficial
- Experience in rostering or calendar management
- Demonstrated strong customer service and client focus in all forms of communication
- Strong computer skills including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Driver license, own vehicle, NDIS worker screening check, and working with children check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
