What you need:
All you need is a positive attitude & valid Drivers License (Provisional or Full Australian Drivers License required) - our fully trained and experienced mentors can teach you everything else you need to know on the job in practical hotel settings.

If you have a passion for people you can work in hospitality, and our Accommodation Association Victorian Jobs program is the perfect way to kickstart your hotel career journey.

Our program is unique because it’s supported by Australia’s largest hotel groups who are also the biggest employers, which gives you highly transferable skills and valuable industry experience that will maximise your chance at securing the job you want.

Your career possibilities are endless So many leaders of Australia’s biggest hotels began their careers in Valet & Porterage roles and worked their way up to the top.

You get paid to attend one week of training and are provided with everything you need to succeed in hospitality employment, with built in support and mentoring also available.

All positions are inclusive.

This training program is offered in partnership with the Accommodation Association, so you get your foot in the door with industry leaders to kickstart your career and access specialist training.
