**About our Centre**

Located onsite at the Royal Women’s Hospital, the Women's Childcare and Early Learning Centre is a registered 25 place long day care service, providing education, care and funded 3 and 4 year old kindergarten to children from the age of 6 weeks to 6 years in a family group setting. We provide care for the children of staff, as well as patients attending the hospital, allowing them to access and discuss their health care without interruption. Our environment is safe, inclusive and welcoming, with natural play areas and a fun, stimulating curriculum, that protects and promotes the health, safety and wellbeing of all children and young people.

**About the role**
- As an Educator at our Centre you will be an active team member in the provision of high quality early childhood education and care, including developing strong relationships with children, families, team members and the community.
- A regular day will see you:

- Provide education, care and responsive supervison to children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age
- Support the delivery of our funded three and four year olf kindergarten program
- Participating in and contributing to the children's program and curriculum (Our Emerging Journey) informed by key learning frameworks
- Perform standard duties as associated with the operation of a high-quality early childhood education and care service
- You’ll enjoy the leadership of a supportive manager and highly engaged colleagues, and the opportunity to support our wonderful health workers

**About you**
- You will be someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who has a genuine love of working with children, and contributing as part of a team.
- You’ll bring with you:

- A minimum Certificate III in Children's Services (Early Childhood Education and Care)
- A minimum of one years' experience in an early childhood education and care setting
- The ability to work flexibly - minimum three shifts per week across the operational hours between 6:45am-5:45pm Monday to Friday
