**Position Overview**:

**Role Responsibilities**:
As a Trainer and Assessor at ACAI, you will:

- Provide top-notch training and assessment services to students from diverse backgrounds, adhering to individual training plans and program requirements.
- Engage in reviews, validation, and continuous improvement of training resources and assessments.
- Stay current with industry knowledge and practices to ensure relevant and high-quality training.
- Empower and support students to achieve their full potential and complete a Nationally Recognised Qualification.

**Key Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven industry experience in early childhood education.
- Experience in training and assessing.
- Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and autonomously.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Current).
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
