Embark on a rewarding journey with Kmart Australia by becoming an integral part of our dynamic Merchandise Planning team. As a Change Manager
- Merchandise, Inventory & Planning, you will play a crucial role in driving transformative initiatives, particularly in the implementation of a MIPS (Merchandise, Inventory and Planning) Systems across Kmart group as we look to implement two brands one system and one process. Please note this is a 12 month fixed term position.

**What you’ll be doing**

As a
**Change Manager - Merchandise, Inventory & Planning** working for Kmart you will:

- Lead the execution of activities associated with the implementation of the strategic change program related to the MIPS (Merchandise, Inventory and Planning) Systems across the Kmart group.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the Merchandise, Inventory and planning systems into daily operations.
- Employ change management principles, methodologies, and tools to facilitate a smooth transition within the Merchandise Planning function.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address root causes, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of challenges.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with a natural inclination for planning strategies and tactics.
- Leverage familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle to enhance overall project success.
- Influence stakeholders at all levels, steering them towards a common vision or goal in alignment with the change program objectives.
- Adopt a forward-looking, holistic approach to change management, anticipating potential issues and proactively addressing them.
- Communicate effectively through well-crafted written and verbal communication, ensuring clarity and understanding at all levels of the organization.

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying and addressing root causes.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
- Proven ability to influence others and drive alignment toward a common vision or goal.
- Forward-looking mindset with a holistic approach to change management.
- Effective collaboration and the ability to work seamlessly at all levels within an organization.
- Extensive experience working in and leading a structured change management approach on projects and programs, particularly in large, complex organizations.
- Ideally, experience leading a change management project and/or program related to the implementation of technology software into business.
- Change management certification or designation desired.
