We are currently recruiting for multiple Home Care Workers and Personal Care Workers to provide quality in-home support services in accordance with individual care plans, Aged Care Quality Standards, and Seniors Community Care Policies and Procedures.

All areas from the Mornington Peninsula, Melbourne, Melbounes South / East out to the Cardina Shire

Our clients are looking for qualified, enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, punctual, hardworking and compassionate individuals to support them in maintaining their independence living in their own home environment.

At Seniors Community Care we are also looking for Care and Support workers without certification for our Home Care shifts.

**You will need one of the following Certificates:

- **
Certificate III Individual Support
Certificate III Aged Care
Certificate IV Disability

Reliable and insured Vehicle
Australian Driver Licence

Availability to work regular times each week

National Police Check

COVID 19 Vaccination Record

First Aid/CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain

Working with Children Check desirable

**Salary**: From $30.54 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

COVID-19 considerations:
All workers required to have current COVID vaccination, wear masks whilst attending clients home, and follow infection control protocols

**Experience**:

- Aged Care - Community: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Record Check (required)
- Current COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate (required)
- Victorian Driver Licence (required)
