What this job involves
We’re seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team and provide support to our Federal Government Client. This role will assist with the co-ordination of facilities management functions in a mix of Owned Properties and Leased Premises.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Coordination of facilities management as delegated by the Facilities Manager

Ensure that difficulties on site are resolved promptly with minimum disruption to business-as-usual activities and to the agreed program

Deliver excellent customer service to meet stakeholders’ expectations

Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures

Complete, update and maintain applicable web-based management information systems, including uploading various property documentation

Assist in the implementation and management of property risk management program

Naturally, you will possess, administration and communication skills and have a strong customer service focus with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Possess some exposure to building services maintenance & facilities management.

Strong communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving skills

Flexible in adapting to rapidly changing situations

A team player who can cooperate and work well with others to meet targets

Ability to work with mínimal supervision and grasp new concepts
