**About the company**:
Rubix Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Configuration Controller with a security clearance NV1 (must-have) on behalf of our esteemed global Defence & technology client. Our client is a leading provider of advanced technologies and services to the Defence sector - providing innovative solutions and management on nation-critical Defence programs. You will be responsible for the successful modernisation of critical Defence systems, working with a team of collaborative and supportive high performers to deliver a successful project outcome.
- Modernisation of critical Defence Systems
- Hybrid Work Contract for a Long-Term position (preferably Adelaide, with consideration for Canberra)
- **NV1 security clearance needed**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement configuration management plans and processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for configuration management.
- Maintain the integrity of hardware and software configuration baselines throughout the lifecycle of the system.
- Identify and track configuration items and changes.
- Perform configuration audits and reviews to ensure compliance with configuration management plans.
- Manage the release and delivery of configuration items.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that configuration management plans and processes meet program needs.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams on configuration management processes and tools.

**Qualifications**:

- **NV1 security clearance or above (must have).**:

- **Must have experience working with the Scaled Agile Framework methodology**:

- 3+ years of experience in configuration management.
- Strong knowledge of configuration management principles, processes, and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Defence industry standards and regulations.
