We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our well-established Finance Team where you will be responsible for maintaining records in the accounts receivable system and ensuring amounts outstanding from debtors are collected within the trading terms.

**Key responsibilities**
- Maintain debtor accounts in allocated portfolio within approved credit terms and conditions.
- Prepare and process approved cash receipts, cash journals and debit/credit adjustments.
- Responding to customer account queries in a professional and timely fashion.
- Researching and investigating the accuracy of charges.
- Accurate and timely processing of client accounts, including billing of fees and charges, receipting, direct debit, reconciliations and the production of statements.
- Ensure completion of timely and accurate monthly residential funding accruals.

**Experience and skills**
- Minimum 3 year’s current accounts receivable experience (end to end)
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management, ,precise and accurate attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work autonomously, yet be part of a broader team
