Looking for an exciting new challenge in your career? Look no further We are currently seeking a Performance Reporting Analyst to join Team Global Express’s growing IT team. In this exciting new role you will be involved in improving performance reporting for IT services in collaboration with strategic and non-strategic partners and producing real-time dashboards and automated reports for TGE leadership/Management.

We are looking for individuals to bring their experience and make a difference by:

- Developing, maintaining, and evolving the group monthly Management Information suite of reporting to support the performance and risk management of the organization
- Ensure that SLAs are met for providing regular reports and ensure that accuracy and data quality of output is maintained
- Work closely with our strategic and non-strategic suppliers to ensure that our high service level is maintained when providing regular MI reporting and automated data feeds to our suppliers
- Design automated mechanisms to produce reports, minimizing manual effort where possible
- Provide technical expertise and support to the report owners across the business
- Work with key stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, and work with the wider BI team to build datasets to support the production of reports
- Help TGE Leadership/Management with necessary inputs to gauge supplier performance with the help of analysis/reporting to drive IT Service improvement activities
- Develop and update appropriate supporting documentation

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- Tertiary level qualifications in Business, Commerce, Information Services or an IT related discipline are desirable
- Conceptional knowledge of Information Technology
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Detailed understanding of, and practical experience of using different data tools to transform and analyze different data sets
- Experience of discovering and sharing analytical insight with stakeholders with various levels of analytical expertise and at all levels of seniority
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets
- ITIL/ITAM certification
