**About the Opportunity**
As the Performance Reporting Analyst, reporting to the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining insightful and innovative reporting and self-service analytics capabilities that support effective management decision-making.

You will provide reporting design and technical leadership to multiple stakeholders and assist in creating and measuring organisation-wide outputs, outcomes and deliverables.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Design and implement intuitive BI/ reporting solutions that are both efficient and accurate and are delivered in a timely manner.
- Work as part of a responsive, agile development team to deliver elegant and intelligent visualizations and analytical tools across the broader RACV business
- Develop standards for best practice in the Business Intelligence (BI) domain, including documentation, user training and collation of feedback.
- Contribute to a collaborative, engaging development approach that allows solutions to evolve rapidly.
**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Completed a bachelor’s degree in business or related disciplines such as Economics, Information Technology or Statistics
- Completed formal training in business intelligence software tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx
- Minimum of 2 years experience delivering business insights via reports and dashboards built using various BI tools. A demonstrated history of delivering solutions which meet business requirements
- Experience working with large data sets, both structured and unstructured, and in interrogating complex databases via programming languages like SQL
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong collaborative working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Project management experience, particularly working in analytical implementations with an Agile and iterative approach
