A rare opportunity has become available for a full time Client Service Associate to join the team at the Sydney Flagship Boutique in the CBD Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for administration and coordination of care services activities of the boutique. **Attributes**:

- Previous experience working within luxury retail AND/OR a high pressure, premium retail environment
- Previous experience in an aftersales/service repairs type role ideal
- Mandarin language skills highly regarded
- Strong client relationship and trust building skills
- A customer centric approach and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise
- Confident and solutions focused
- Strong attention to detail
- A quick learner with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work cohesively within a team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
