Balmain, Australia Dolly's Acai Full time

**Dolly's** is a vibrant and growing business specialising in Acai and frozen yoghurt. With two locations in Sydney, we are continuing to expand, and am now looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the owner in managing day-to-day operations and business tasks. This role is a part time role working 1-2 days a week and we welcome current University students to apply. Please note as this role will some on the road travel to the Balmain and Rose Bay locations from time to time, you must have a car and valid drivers license.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and organizing calendars.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, business documents, and presentations.
- Coordinate and manage tasks related to inventory, supply ordering, and vendor relations.
- Help with customer service initiatives and community outreach efforts.
- Support on social media content creation or updates
- Help with planning and executing business events or promotions.
- Conduct research on industry trends or competitive analysis when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Energetic, warm, kind and highly organised
- Professional and is adept at managing sensitive and confidential information.
- Previous experience as an admin assistant is preferred but not essential
- Valid drivers license with a car
- Can do attitude, no task is too difficult
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- A positive attitude and a passion for food and customer service.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
