**Site Service Supervisor** to join their team in Perth.

**About the Role**:
As a Site Service Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safe and efficient operations for our clients. Reporting to the After Sales Service Manager, you will lead by example and oversee shaft overhauls, shutdown maintenance, routine upkeep, and more. Your commitment to safety and quality will drive a culture of excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Foster a safety-first culture, ensuring a zero-incident work environment.
- Coordinate on-site machine maintenance and service work.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to provide technical support.
- Maintain rapport with clients by addressing concerns and suggesting improvements.
- Lead pre-start meetings and ensure detailed shift logs are maintained.
- Mentor and coach crew members, supporting their career growth.
- Keep tool containers organized and assist with workshop tasks.
- Embrace integrity, work ethic, and a commitment to excellence.

**About You**:

- Minimum 3-5 years' supervisory experience in mining and maintenance.
- Mechanical fitting experience: 3 years preferred.
- Mechanical fitter trade qualification and engineering background.
- Solid mining industry background, preferably in crushing/sizing/screening.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong problem-solving skills, even under pressure.
- Excellent people management and interpersonal abilities.
- Organizational and time management skills.

**What We Offer**:

- Full-time permanent position with a competitive base salary.
- Flexible shifts: 12-hour, 8-hour, Monday to Friday, overtime, and shift work
- Annual bonus and overtime pay.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Successful completion of Pre-employment Medical and D&A Testing.

**Licence/Certification**:

- Australian driver's licence preferred.
- Engineering Trade Qualification - Mechanical fitter preferred.
- Forklift truck (LF Class) preferred.
