Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of awarded projects**, **our client has continues to partner with the team at** T**EN Recruitment **to assist with the recruitment of a civil site supervisor - underground services.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the mentorship of drainage crews and delivery of all underground services such as drainage, sewer, waste water etc. Drawing from your hands on experience in civil construction you will ensure project deadlines are hit by assisting in the development of the schedules and driving team performance.

**About you**

You are approachable with a balanced demeanor, fostering teamwork while ensuring productivity, clarity, and effective communication on site.
- Proven experience in civil construction, specifically in drainage, sewers, and wastewater systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and teams effectively.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering plans and specifications related to sub division projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with contractors, engineers and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues that may arise during project execution.
- Health and safety awareness with commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
