Looking for Site Supervisors to join an expanding team to supervise large scale projects

**Your new company**

This is an established company with a property portfolio over $500M, they have overseen more than 65 residential developments in Western Australia, along with several commercial projects. Due to growth, they are currently seeking a Projects Site Supervisor with experience in residential new home builds or projects of a larger scale. In this role, you will be exposed to hybrid modular construction and property development.

**Your new role**
- Manage day-to-day operations to meet construction deadlines
- Oversee suppliers, contractors, and ensure compliance and safety of all workers
- Understand relevant legislation, including the Building Code of Australia and Workplace and Safety requirements
- Familiarity with working drawings and site work requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in residential new home supervision
- Proficiency in construction management software and use of an ipad
- Bring your own trade base
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Attention to quality and detail
- History of working with grouped dwellings would be ideal
- Exposure to timber framed construction
- Ensure timely progress claims
- Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction of new homes from beginning to end
- Oversee the direction of the project and ensure client specifications are met
- Liaise with clients and other construction professionals
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure construction site safety
- Resolve problems that may arise due to inclement weather, emergencies, or delays in delivering materials
