Are you a seasoned **Test Manager** with deep experience in **trading platforms** and **treasury solutions**?

We're leading a major modernization program for a top-tier Australian bank and are on the hunt for a test leader who can own the QA strategy end-to-end.

This is your chance to work on a **high-impact, enterprise-wide transformation program** focused on **balance sheet management systems**, touching core platforms like **Murex** and **Calypso**, and ensuring robust, risk-aware testing delivery.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and drive test strategy, planning, and execution across multiple workstreams
- Engage upstream/downstream teams to ensure effective E2E testing coverage
- Implement automated business regression testing capabilities
- Manage test environments and coordinate execution schedules (Control-M / Autosys)
- Lead a team of senior testers, while remaining hands-on where needed
- Collaborate with stakeholders on risk-based testing and regulatory data controls

**Essential MUST HAVE requirements**:

- ** 8+ years** in a Test Manager role, ideally within **Investment or Treasury platforms**:

- Expertise with **Murex, Calypso**, or similar platforms
- Deep understanding of **product risk profiles** and balance sheet impacts
- Strong **SQL skills** and experience handling large data sets
- Proficiency in scheduling tools like **Control-M** or **Autosys**:

- Experience across **integration, functional, UAT, and non-functional testing**:

- Agile delivery experience with strong planning and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven leadership of test teams, including coaching and process improvement

**Desirable**:

- Strong documentation and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
- A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with great attention to detail
- Familiarity with regulatory data elements and financial risk management
