We're seeking multiple Support Workers to deliver quality support and care to our growing clientele in our Home and Community sector.

**About You**

You're adaptable and resilient, with a positive and people-centred approach. Qualified and motivated, you possess experience in supporting individuals dealing with challenging behaviours. Your role involves assisting with daily living activities, encompassing meals, personal care, domestic tasks, social and community engagement, and varied skill development activities. Your primary focus is fostering independence and creating a supportive, inclusive environment for residents.

This hands-on role suits active individuals who prioritise genuine relationships, not just with the individuals they support, but also with fellow team members.

**Essential**

To be considered for this role, the following credentials are essential:

- Current First Aid, CPR Certificate and Epi Pen
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Card
- Both NDIS Online Modules (Orientation & Induction) - we offer the training access
- National Police Clearance (dated within 6 months) - we will undertake a police check
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance and road-worthy vehicle
- Current Right to Work within Australia
- Covid-19 Booster Certificate

**The following certifications (or working towards) will be highly regarded, however we do offer training and support to get you on track.**
- Min Cert III in Disability, Community Services, or Individual Support, or similar
- Assist with Medication Certificate

**Desirable (however training will be provided)**
- Experience working with individuals with complex behaviours, including Autism and Mental Health, is highly recommended.
- Experience in residential settings, hygiene and dressing clients, and comfort working with a range of disabilities are advantageous.

**Salary**: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour
