Leading independent girls’ school, Camberwell Girls Grammar School, presents an opportunity for an experienced and professional Personal Assistant to join our Professional Services team. The role is a permanent full-time position, working 5 days per week from 8.00am-4.15pm commencing as soon as possible.

Reporting to the Head of Junior School, you will provide a high level of support in managing their daily leadership responsibilities and commitments. You will work closely with Department Heads and ensure professional and friendly customer service is provided to the Junior School community.
- You will make an impact by:_
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, parent communications and newsletters as requested by the Head of Junior School
- Assist the Head of Junior School in the coordination of Junior School internal and community events.
- Assist the Admissions Department with Junior School administration functions including School tours, new student documentation and School information evenings.

**To be successful in this role**

You are a customer service professional with excellent administration skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly and professional in your approach, you build effective working relationships with ease. You are organised, detail focused, team oriented and take pride in producing work that is of a high calibre.

You will have:

- Previous experience in an administration role (essential)
- Previous experience in a similar role or within a School environment is desirable
- First Aid qualification, CPR qualification and Anaphylaxis Awareness qualification or willingness to obtain these
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Criminal Record Check
